This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds associated with advertising campaigns. It aims to maintain transparency and ensure fair practices for both the customer and Ad Avatar (“LLP”).

Note: Credit Note will be issued against the cancelled campaign’s invoice and GST will be adjusted accordingly.
TDS, if applicable, will have to be calculated and revised by the customer for the cancelled campaign and the customer must provide a revised TDS certificate to process the refund.
