1. Campaign Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Requests - All cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer dashboard.

TDS, if applicable, will have to be calculated and revised by the customer for the cancelled campaign and the customer must provide a revised TDS certificate to process the refund.
1.3 Non-Cancellable Campaigns
- Campaigns booked with a “no-cancellation” clause or at discounted rates/promotions are non-cancellable.
- If your campaign involves third-party services (e.g., screen rentals, external agencies), their cancellation policies will apply in addition to our terms.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Process - Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
- Processing fees
- Creative design or production costs incurred before cancellation
- Any government taxes or levies applied to the campaign
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Campaign violations of the terms and conditions (e.g., providing false information, submitting non-compliant content).
- Cancellations made after the campaign duration has exceeded 50%.
3. Exceptions
In the case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions), cancellation
requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds or credits may be provided at the company’s
discretion.
4. Modifications to the Policy
The LLP reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via the LLP website.
